Um…I like it. I like it a lot. I like it a lot more than I expected to. I liked MBDTF well enough, but here it is however many months it is later and I don’t really listen to it. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if WTT follows the same path, but so far I really dig the production. Even tracks that the internet seems to loathe, like HAM, I’m really feeling. it was a probably a mistake to put the weakest track (the one featuring Beyonce) so early in the album. I can see how it would taint the rest of the album, especially when the strongest tracks (Otis and Why I Love You) are near the end. In any case, it’s the best Jay-Z album since the Black Album, minimum, and I plan to listen to it for the rest of the month at least..
